(ChattahBox) — As has been widely reported, Tiger Woods is out of the hospital (I was going to say at home) but who knows given the circumstances of last night. It appears from testimony via both Tiger and his wife Elin Norgegren of six years and mother of his two children, given separately to the police that the accident was apparently triggered by a domestic dispute, but new reports from TMZ, makes that an understatement. Michaele and Tareq Salahi, somehow made it through a Secret Service checkpoint and gate-crashed President Obama’s first state dinner Tuesday night, honoring Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Fortunately the socialite couple were motivated only by fame, and were promoting themselves for a gig on Bravo’s new reality show, “Real Housewives of D.C., but in so doing exposed alarming flaws in White House security. With threats against President Obama soaring nearly 400 percent, since he took office, Director of the Secret Service, Mark Sullivan, saying that his agency was “deeply concerned and embarrassed” by the events.

Russian Train Derailment Killing and Wounding Many Likely Caused by Bomb

(ChattahBox) — At least 25 people are dead and 100 more injured on Saturday after a train carrying 650 people, derailed in remote countryside between Moscow and St. Petersburg in Russia. Now, authorities are investigating whether a bomb on the tracks could have caused the tragedy. A crater has allegedly been found near the track, and witnesses who heard a loud bang, said they agreed that a bomb probably caused the derailment. President Dmitry Medvedev called for calm, saying “we need there to be no chaos, because the situation is tense as it is.”

The rabid promoter of anti-government and anti-Obama fringe conspiracy theories, is also quite the sexist. Imagine that.
Upon hearing of the recent conservative speculation of a 2012 Republican Palin/Beck presidential ticket, Beck ruled out the idea saying, he would only consider a Beck/Palin ticket. (ChattahBox)—The superstar PGA golfer, Tiger Woods was involved in an early morning accident on Friday, crashing his 2009 Cadillac sports utility vehicle into a fire hydrant and a tree on a neighboring property. Woods’ accident occurred shortly after pulling out of his driveway, outside of his mansion in an exclusive gated community near Orlando. Despite early reports listing Woods, 33, as hospitalized with serious injuries, his agent released a statement saying, the world-renowned golfer was fine. Read more

(ChattahBox)—Mary Walsh, a popular comedian from Canada who hosts a political news parody show akin to Jon Stewart’s “The Daily Show,” recently took her comedy gig on the road to the States, to confront the “Thriller from Wasilla.” Dressed as her favorite character, Marg Delahunty, from her show “This Hour Has 22 Minutes,” Walsh confronted the unawares Sarah Palin at a Columbus, Ohio book signing held at Borders with hilarious results.
Palin told Marg Delahunty that Canada needs to privatize its public health care, so that our neighbors to the north can suffer from a broken health care system, just like us. Read more
