AT&T Selling iPhone 3G Without Any Contract To Consumers

Washington (ChattahBox) - AT&T has revealed that they will be selling the iPhone 3G at a premium price, but without any contract necessary.
The Apple iPhone 3G is set to launch on July 11, and there will be a variety of options for consumers.
If a consumers does not mind signing up for a new two-year contract, they can get the 8GB 3G iPhone for $199, and the 16GB model for $299.
AT&T is also going to offer the iPhone 3G without a contract though, as the 8GB version will be priced at $599 without a contract, while the 16GB will be at $699.
AT&T and Apple both hope to cut out the number of unlocked iPhones sold over the internet and overseas by releasing it without a contract in the U.S.
