The only way around this is to use a hands-free set-up.

This has sparked many to go out and try to pick up either a Bluetooth wireless headset, or something else which allows them to make their cell phone a hands-free device.

The law allows police officers to pull over anyone caught using a handheld cell phone, and give them a ticket.

These two new states follow Washington D.C., Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York, who all have similar bans on handheld cell phones while driving.
