Cisco To Fill Yankee Stadium With Some Huge HD Screens

November 13, 2008

New York (ChattahBox) – Cisco Systems is set to bring networked high-definition screens to the new Yankee Stadium in New York.

The new product is known as Cisco StadiumVision and will hit Yankee Stadium when it opens next year.

The whole concept behind the new HD screens is digital signage.

This technology allows those in control to show anything they like depending on various situations, locations, etc.

The Yankee Stadium screens will show live games in progress, but can change when needed.

The changes will reveal traffic info, exits, etc. It can also be used for concerts and such.
