US Historian: Discovers Rare Ben Franklin Letters Sitting in British Library for 250 Years
April 26, 2009
(ChattahBox)—A diligent Ben Franklin scholar from the University of California, San Diego, was in London to research his latest Franklin tome and found a veritable treasure trove of 47 copies of Benjamin Franklin letters, never before published, which sat undiscovered on the dusty shelves of the British Library for 250 years. Alan Houston, fifty-one years old, a professor of political science, was on the last day of his overseas research trip in 2007, when he made the discovery of an historian’s lifetime and rushed out of the library in a decidedly undignified British way, to phone his wife back home to tell her his big news. Acne Series: Benzoyl Peroxide
February 18, 2009
I have heard a lot about benzoyl peroxide, some good, some bad, but always saying the same thing: it’s all in the regimen, and the mixture. If you are able to get the two right, then within a few months it can do some amazing things for your skin. Many people don’t make it to this point, because they give up within the first week or so, after some major dryness and flaking occur. But using a decent moisturizer, especially one that offers added hydration, and is oil free, can make all the difference.
Acne Series: Nature’s Cure Body Acne Treatment Spray
February 10, 2009
So far, we have done a lot to talk about acne that appears on the face, which is understandable. After all, people will see a lot more your face in day to day life then they will of your body. But just because we try to hide it, doesn’t mean it isn’t there…body acne. Whether it appears on the shoulders, chest, back, or even a few scattered on the bottom, body acne is a common (and horribly embarrassing!) problem.
Acne Series: Tea Tree Oil
February 5, 2009
People have been putting damaging chemicals on their faces for years to try and take care of acne, especially as we reach into adulthood and find that the products that worked for us as teens only makes things worst now. That it why many are starting to turn to natural treatments, and while many skin care lines now incorporate 100% organic materials, there is one that seems to be used in them all: Tea Tree Oil.
Acne Series: Proactive Solutions
February 4, 2009
I have heard from some people that the Proactive products are a miracle for acne, and for a few that does seem to be the case. But, despite the number of celebrity endorsements, usually made by middle of the road claims-to-fame, I have heard quite a few more negative statements about this product then I have heard pros. After my own experience with it in my late teens, I have to say my own review is going to be woefully directed to the negative side.
Acne Series: Introduction
February 3, 2009
Alright, so we have covered the anti-aging product line, now it’s time for another important skin topic: acne control. Acne isn’t just a problem that teenagers face. Plenty of adults have their share of blemishes, and it can be a lifelong struggle, not to mention an embarrassing one.

There are two things that are usually true about Japanese products: they are either amazing, or they are really odd. This one is, happily, the former.
