After the Sandwich, It’s a Cheeseburger Attack

December 5, 2008

(ChattahBox) — In a sudden crime wave involving sandwiches, a man was charged with domestic violence after he assaulted his girl friend with a cheeseburger. The Vero Beach man was arrested by Indian River County Sheriff’s office when he and his girl friend got into an argument as they sat in a car in front of their home. The man would not let the girl out of the car and she threw his drink out of the car. He got annoyed and smashed the McDonald cheeseburger on to her face. He was released on $1000 bond later.

Last month a 19-year old man was nabbed by the police in Pot Lucie, Fla. when he attacked his girl friend with a sandwich. He was freed on a bail and was charged with domestic battery and child abuse charges. The couple’s seven months old child was asleep in the back seat and the woman lost control of the car on Interstate 95 as she lost her glasses and could not see.
