21 Time Lotto Winner Investigation Finds He’s Very Lucky

January 8, 2009

Colorado (ChattahBox) – A Colorado man and his family have been investigated by the Lottery Board after winning the jackpot twenty-one times.

Tadeusz Krupa and his family have won over $158,000 in the last several years, leading an investigation to be held, to discover any possibility of cheating or fraud. However, the investigators have come up empty handed.

“It was just an unusual occurrence,” Tom Kitts, the Colorado Lottery Deputy Director, told reporters. “My best guess is this gentlemen and his family probably play quite a bit … there’s been an incredible streak of luck here as well.”

According to a local store clerk who regularly sold Krupa the winning tickets, he was often seen buying thousands of dollars in tickets a week, using them for his ‘system’, which required him to look online for possible lotto numbers, and hand write them on the tickets.
