Good! That father shouldn’t have been growing anything illegal with a child in the house. That’s dangerous and stupid of him to do. He deserved what he got. The child calling 911 accidentally, just fate and karma. The Dad deserved it totally.
Michelle, I must completely disagree with your ignorance. There is nothing wrong with growing marijuana in your own home. He was not in any way putting his son in danger.

Michelle, there is absolutely nothing wrong and dangerous with growing pot. Just another natural plant. However if he were to have a meth lab or some other dangerous drug lab in his house, then yes, one could say the father got what he deserved. Isn’t it illegal for the police to search even after the misunderstanding was cleared up? Or is it within the police officer’s right to search after the call has been made?

That’s like saying if they received a 911 call where a kid sounds as if he’s being stabbed, and then they get there and there’s no kid. Or… if there’s more than one kid and one was infact in trouble but the one they’re seeing isn’t? Common sense would tell them to glance around on their way out to ensure honesty of the call.
I thought weed was legal in Canada? And yeah…there is absolutely nothing wrong with growing marijuana in the house with a kid. There are normal household plants that, if a child were to eat, would kill them. Marijuana won’t do that. It can’t really harm anyone in any way.
Really sucks ass for that guy, he could have had some dank bud as those plants look nice…..and now he’s going to jail for practically no reason, just wanted to smoke some herb. Sucks….
The dude did have a little much for personal use. Bud should be sold legally to anyone who dam well wants it (18+ ofcourse). If we could buy it in the store nobody would do this…
