Man Says ‘Genital Shield’ Is The Product Of The Future

March 7, 2009

New York (ChattahBox) – According to a report by Miami New Times News, a man has applied for a patent for a product he calls the ‘Genital Shield’, a device he says will help prevent the spread of diseases more effectively then condoms.

The idea behind the product is simple, if a little comical. Basically, you have a guard that goes over the scrotum, wrapping around to cover it. Then, you have a separate part that attaches, like a plastic bag with a rubber band at the end that fixes it in place. Think of it as a fully equipment super condom.

Doug Sturlingh, the creator, is sure it is the next best thing.

“Condoms are obsolete. They are the horse and cart, and I’m the automobile,” he said proudly.

But not everyone agrees.

“God bless him. He’s talking about it like it’s the best thing since sliced bread — but it’s far from that,” IXu Condoms president Brian Osterberg replied to this statement.

I suppose we shall have to just wait and see. Who knows, maybe it could be the sex product of the future.
