Man Sues Psychologist For Dating His Ex-Wife

February 19, 2010

Michigan (ChattahBox) – A man has filed a law suit and official complaint against his psychologist, who is allegedly dating his ex-wife.

According to the suit, Steven Kay has been going to therapy with Dr. Harvey Rosenberg, and began going after the end of his relationship with his wife to deal with the emotional stress of the divorce.

He continued therapy for eight years, and then discovered that Rosenburg was allegedly dating his ex.

Claiming gross medical negligence and violation of the applicable standard of psychiatric care, he has asked for the $87,000 he paid in therapy fees, plus attorney fees resulting in trial.

A complaint has also  been filed with the medical licensing board in Oakland County.

This is just the nature of the profession of psychology or psychiatry. Any chance I can get a copy of the civil complaint?
