Woman Uses Facebook To Find Husband Has 2nd Wife, But He Takes The Kids

U.S. (ChattahBox) – It is a sick story of how little can be done when one parent kidnaps the children from the other. A woman has lost her kids to a husband who married a second woman, and took them to live with her in another state.
Lynn France was suspicious of her husband, John France, after several clues told her he was having an affair. He left his passport at home when he was supposed to be going to China on business, was gone more and more often, and was secretive and acting strange.
When he left a page up about a hotel he would be checking into, she and a friend went there and caught him with his girlfriend..who claimed she was the man’s fiance, and that they would soon be married.
When confronted, the husband claimed he had no intention of going through with the wedding, and begged Lynn’s forgiveness, which she someone managed to give. But then things began to become suspicious again, and she decided to use Facebook to find out what was going on.
What she found was an album of more than 200 pictures of her husband’s wedding with the other woman.
“I was numb with shock, to tell you the truth,” she told the Huffington Post. But that seems like it would be an understatement.
Now, he is saying that it is his marriage with Lynn that is invalid, and that he was married before, a story that doesn’t add up to the timeline. He says it is a publicity ploy due to her losing the custody battle for their children.
But Lynn says her husband came back and asked to reconcile, so she dropped divorce proceedings. He then came into the kitchen one day and took their two year old son, saying he was going to get him some milk. Instead, he threw him into the car, not even bothering to use a car seat, and took off.
She called the police, but they said there was nothing they could do. Now, they are living in Florida, and attorneys have told her not to go there to see them, or get them back.
“The only way I’ve been able to see my children is on her Facebook page. It’s stranger than fiction to watch this woman living my life,” she said.
