Many Join To Pay For Pastor, Wife, and Grandson In Brooklyn

Mourners were out in big numbers for a memorial service on Sunday to pay for Betty Wright, as well as her 14-year old grandson who both died on Friday evening in a car crash.  They also prayed for Rev. Timothy Wright, who is in critical condition after the crash.New York (ChattahBox) – Mourners were out in big numbers for a memorial service on Sunday to pay for Betty Wright, as well as her 14-year old grandson who both died on Friday evening in a car crash. The three were on their way home to Roosevelt, Long Island when they were involved in a tragic accident at around 10:30 p.m.

Their car was struck head on by a driver who was going the wrong-way on the road.

The other driver also died, and has been identified as 44-year old John Pick of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

The 58-year old Betty Wright died in the accident. Their 14-year old grandson, D.J. Wright, died on Saturday night.

Rev. Timothy Wright, a beloved pastor in Brooklyn, New York, is in critical condition.

Hundreds joined for the memorial service, which lasted throughout the day.
