The makers of ABC's hit show, Desperate Housewives have revealed that the series will run for three more years before it comes to an end. Hollywood (ChattahBox) - The makers of ABC’s hit show, Desperate Housewives have revealed that the series will run for three more years before it comes to an end.

During a meeting at the Television Critics Association press event, Desperate Housewives creator and executive producer Marc Cherry stated that the show has only three years left.

He sat along with the stars of the show, Nicollette Sheridan, Eva Longoria Parker, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Dana Delany, and Marcia Cross when the announcement was made.

He stated that “We’re going to get out while people still like us.”

Some news about the fifth season was also revealed, as the new cast member Neil McDonough is expected to be play a huge role.
