Alex Rodriguez has made it clear that the prenup they have should be enough to settle their divorce.

According to People, court documents will be filed on Thursday which state that Alex Rodriguez feels his marriage to Cynthia is “irretrievably broken.”

Back in 2002, the two apparently signed a prenup, and did so voluntarily and with the full disclosure of Alex Rodriguez’s financial state.

Alex Rodriguez apparently also wants to share his children with his ex-wife.

Due to his job as a player for the New York Yankees though, the kids are obviously going to be with Cynthia more.

The Yankees star has agreed to pay child support. Cynthia Rodriguez is asking for distribution of all assets equally, as well as their $12 million estate.
