She was followed closely though by the country music group Sugarland, with their new album Love On The Inside.

This was the first album release for Miley Cyrus which was aided by Disney, or the Hannah Montana character in any way shape or form, and it did just fine.

The album, called Breakout, opened at No. 1 selling 326,000 copies in its first week.

Coming just behind Miley Cyrus though was the country group Sugarland with their album Love On The Inside. Sugarland managed to sell 314,000 copies of their album in the first week.

The two albums together combined for over 630,000 albums sold, making quite the week on the album charts with two major album releases.

Other releases in the top five came from Kid Rock, Lil Wayne, and the Mamma Mia soundtrack.
