According to reviews thus far though, it may not have enough to win public approval.

Swing Vote stars Kevin Costner and Madeline Carroll, who play the characters of Bud and his daughter Molly.

Bud is none too interested in the presidential election, but is dragged to the voting booth by Molly.

When he votes, the machine breaks down, and with the election so close, his vote may decide the fate of the nation.

This political comedy comes just as we are getting set to head into another fall stacked with election promises, ads, and more.

Unfortunately though, the film does not appear strong enough to draw much attention.

Regardless, Swing Vote is hoping for your support at the box office, and may be a good alternative to those who want want the action of The Dark Knight, or The Mummy.
