Mary-Kate Olsen has reportedly been issued a subpoena by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration office in Manhattan, forcing her to testify in the Heath Ledger death case..Hollywood (ChattahBox) – Mary-Kate Olsen has reportedly been issued a subpoena by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration office in Manhattan, forcing her to testify in the Heath Ledger death case.

Heath Ledger died of an accidental drug overdose earlier this year, and ever since the death of the Dark Knight star, questions have come up in regards to the drugs found.

At the time of his death, there were reportedly five drugs in the system of Heath Ledger.

Three of the drugs he received legally from a prescription, but there were two that he did not.

These two drugs include Oxycontin, as well as Vicodin.

Mary-Kate Olsen plays a role in this as she was the first person called by the masseuse who discovered the body of Heath Ledger when he was found dead.

She was notified before any emergency medical crews, police, etc.

Reports state that Mary-Kate Olsen is refusing to cooperate with government officials until she receives immunity.

This subpoena though would force her to testify inf ront of a grand jury, according to Access Hollywood.
