This time though, the film is an animated feature, called Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars is not really being hyped up all that much as an actual movie, but instead is being deemed as an elaborate pilot for the upcoming animated series which is going to debut on Cartoon Network this fall.

Critics have been slamming the new Star Wars feature, for its overall lack of creativity and imagination that the franchise, and George Lucas have been known for.

The film is directed by Dave Filoni, and is being said to be aimed at kids, with a PG rating to go along with it.

A lot of the older characters are back, such as Anakin Skywalker, Padme, etc.

The problem though is that the voice actors are no t bad, as there is no Hayden Christensen, or Natalie Portman to go along with the film.

Some of the original stars did some back to voice their parts though, including Samuel L. Jackson for Mace Windu, and Christopher Lee for Count Dooku.

Though it is not being received well by critics, Star Wars fans are not likely to care all that much, as it just means another fun Star Wars film to go see.
