She has been sued by 220 Laboratories Inc. for breach of contract, confidence, as well as misappropriation of trade secrets, and fraud.

Back in June, Kate Hudson launched her own line of hair products along with David Babaii.

The name of the hair products was David Babaii for WildAid, and consisted of many eco-freidnly hair products.

These products ranged from shampoos, conditions, etc.

The most unique aspect of the hair products was that they contained volcanic ash.

Now, a lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles by 220 Laboratories Inc.

They have sued Hudson and Babaii, as well as their manufacturer Universal.

220 Laboratories is claiming that they were the lone supplier of volcanic ash in the U.S., and has an oral agreement with Hudson and Babaii back in 2006 for the hair products.

They claim that the two used ash samples to get a cheaper supplier.

They reportedly even stole advertising footage, and more.
