The 27-year old was arrested this week for reportedly leaking nine unreleased tracks on his site, AntiQuiet.com.

He has been arrested by authorities on suspicion of violating copyright laws, and reportedly admitted to authorities that he was responsible for posting the songs online.

The band has delayed this album for years, as they have been working on it for literally a decade.

Guns N’ Roses has been informed of the arrest, but has not put out a statement in regards to it.

The 27-year old is due in court on September 17th, and has since been bailed out of jail.
