Michael Crichton, known for bringing us Jurassic Park, and other amazing pieces of work, has passed away at the age of 66...........Washington (ChattahBox) – Michael Crichton, known for bringing us Jurassic Park, and other amazing pieces of work, has passed away at the age of 66.

Michael Chrichton was a legendary writer, on the best-seller list for years and years, and then helping with some huge Hollywood blockbusters.

He was responsible for some amazing works such as Jurassic Park, its sequel The Lost World, Rising Sun, the hit TV series, ER, and much more.

He was a master of storytelling and using technology as a way to make it appeal to the masses.

His work as an author immediately translated over to huge success in Hollywood.

He passed away at the age of 66 on Tuesday in Los Angeles after a long battle with cancer.

He is survived by his son and daughter, and was cremated on Wednesday in Mumbai.
