‘Octomom™’ – get used to it cause Nadya is going to trademark it

April 15, 2009

(ChattahBox) —  Apparently not satisfied with collecting thousands of dollars in donations online – while still claiming welfare – and buying a home worth more than most of us make in three years – Nadya Suleman filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark the name “Octomom”, which ended up costing “crazy baby lady” (no trademark as yet) $825!

Suleman has plans to slap the Octomom™ label onto anything she can make money on such as diapers and baby clothing.  And perhaps her new TV show, which is now officially a go, Suleman revealed to Life & Style. “What I’m doing with this TV show is basically creating documentaries about the lives of my children. It’s going to be an ongoing thing, and it will follow them from now until they are 18.”

“It’s being done by Eyeworks; they’re in the U.K. It will air in the U.K. and then we’ll see if the U.S. is interested.”

Ironically Suleman was said to be recently mulling the perks of feeding her brood with more taxpayer dollars.

A government plan called ‘The Women, Infant and Children Program’ gives money to states so low-income women and children under age 5 can afford enough food to avoid malnutrition.  And of course Nadya wants to sign up.
