US (ChattahBox) – Rapper Snoop Dogg has been cleared of all charges in the case of a man who was punched after jumping on stage during a show.

Richard Monroe Jr. was badly injured after he hopped up on stage during a show in 2005, but a jury found that it was not Snoop Dogg who began throwing punches, as the suit originally alleged. Instead, it was fund that it was performer Soopafly, as well as security, that caused the injuries.

Doggystyle Records has been ordered to pay Monroe $449,000 in damages, and Snoop has been cleared of all battery and assault charges.
