Essay Written By Paul McCartney, Age 10, Found In Library

September 27, 2009

UK (ChattahBox) – An essay written by former Beatles member Sir Paul McCartney as a 10-year-old has been found in a UK library.

McCartney used the essay to win a contest, during the approaching coronation of Queen Elizabeth.

The 1953 essay win is the earliest discovered writing by McCartney to make it into a public eye, and has generated interest all over the entertainment world. The Liverpool library will be putting it on display in 2013.

In the essay, it talks about the general fuss and chaos of a coronation, but how it will be worth it in the end.

Queen Elizabeth knighted McCartney, who has mentioned her in songs since that first piece of writing, in 1997.
