Jon is a total ass! Everything is him. Kate should have dumped him years ago. Shes been on her on anyway. No wonder she was so demanding She has to keep everything going herself. And who asked Jon to quit his day job? They had nannies all the long to help. Kate and the kids are better off it they never lay eyes on his wimpy self again.
I agree with the legal charges. He should be prosecuted on moral grounds as well as enjoying the free ride.
Someone is giving Jon really Bad Advise
Ok enough is enough. This is getting crazy. A true publity stunt if I ever saw one. Just get along with your lives and stop acting like children. Those kids should not be on Tv . Breach of contract is fine so Pay up Jon. Kate take take care of your children. Stop the fighting I am totally sick of hearing about this. You are acting like total fools STOP IT.
Jon is in breach of his contract because he not only stopped the filming of the show, but he also got paid for dishing out gossip to the media. Shame on him. I think that a cooling off period is well needed and that neither Jon or Kate should talk to the media for about a month to let things settle down.
