Palin’s New Ghost-Written Book on Family and Patriotism
May 12, 2010
(ChattahBox)—Half governor Sarah Palin and her busy ghost writer aren’t wasting any time churning out another tome, to follow up on the success of “Going Rogue.” Striking while the iron is hot, before America tires of Palin’s folksy pablum, publisher HarperCollins announced Book two will hit store shelves in November and is entitled, “America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag.”
According to an AP report citing HarperCollins, Palin’s book will cover “family, faith, and patriotism.” No doubt Palin will write about those “real Americans” she is so fond of.
Palin’s “Reflections” will also discuss writings from the Founding Fathers. This comes as no surprise, since she revealed to Glenn Beck, when asked to name her favorite Founding Father, that she liked “all of them.”
Palin’s second book will include “selections from classic and contemporary readings.” The nation’s founding documents will be included, the publisher said, as well as “great speeches, sermons, letters, literature and poetry, biography, and even some of her favorite songs and movies.” Wait, Palin reads “literature and poetry?”
“Also included will be “portraits” of people Palin admires, including some that she met while on her “Going Rogue” book tour.
All of America will be in suspense until November.
