Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail – Now Heads to Rehab for Meth and Bipolar Disorder Treatment

August 2, 2010

(ChattahBox) – As predicted, Lindsay Lohan has been released from the Lynwood Correctional Facility on August 2, because of overcrowding issues, after serving 14 days of her 90-day sentence. Lohan was thrown in prison for violating probation related to an August 2007 incident, in which she pleaded guilty to being under the influence while driving.  Her next immediate stop is three months in rehab at treatment at UCLA Medical Center, and there is some interesting news in that area. It was long suspected that Lohan has been working around a giant legal loophole, by getting high on prescription drugs which she can legally take even though she is on probation as an addict, and of course these drugs are readily handed out by some unscrupulous doctors like candy. But along with the suspected prescription drug issues, TMZ reports Lohan will also be treated for meth addiction and bipolar disorder at rehab.  Britney Spears who is still under a conservatorship to handle her business affairs, was reportedly diagnosed with bipolar disorder, leading to her meltdown a couple of years ago. Psychiatrists along with other medical professionals who evaluated Lindsay in jail, choose the UCLA Medical Center, because the treatment program is perfectly suited for Lindsay’s psychiatric and drug problems.
