I saw your post and wanted to reply since I’m interning at Nature’s Cure. Thanks for the positive review of our product! I thought that it would help readers to know that it’s best to do it after you’ve showered and dried off, to make sure the product stays on and penetrates. It should still work if you just apply it without showering first. It just works better if you do a clean application at least once per day.

Here are some other ways to minimize your breakouts:

- Avoid scrubbing the area that is broken out — it will only aggravate the broken skin and spread the bacteria. Using a mild cleanser and gentle washcloth or sponge is best.

- Wear loose, all-cotton clothing to avoid trapping sweat against the skin, especially when you’re active. And shower as soon as possible after sweating a lot to prevent dirt and sweat from clogging your pores and allowing bacteria to grow. Wet wipes will help in a pinch.
