The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have announced they will not give out any payments at the 10.6% reduced rate until July 15 at the earliest.

This comes as they hope that Congress will look at the situation, and possibly decide against the pay cut, which could negatively impact Medicare patients.

A bill was passed last week in the House to stop the pay cut, but did not pass in the Senate. It will be up for re-vote when they return after the Fourth of July recess.
