Kroger has been hit with two lawsuits in the state of Ohio, following the E. coli outbreak which resulted in the company issuing a voluntary recall of its ground beef products....Washington (ChattahBox) – Kroger has been hit with two lawsuits in the state of Ohio, following the E. coli outbreak which resulted in the company issuing a voluntary recall of its ground beef products.

Local news reports out of Ohio have revealed that the lawsuit against Kroger was filed by Amanda Adams, who seeks $10,000 in damages.

According to 10TV News in Ohio, the person says she became sick after consuming the Kroger beef

The lawsuit stated that Kroger was negligent, and also asks them to reveal how the E. coli bacteria made it into the beef..

The total number infected in Ohio from the E. coli outbreak is now at 18.
