Millions of older Americans are cared for by these Medicare doctors every day, but could face cuts in pay soon.

The American Medical Association has been running ads on radio and television, putting pressure on the Senate to pass the bill, which already made it through the House.

The Medicare doctors pay cut went into effect July 1, but the Bush administration delayed putting it until Congress could come up with a decision.

Needless to say, when they return from the Fourth of July recess, this will be high on their to-do list.
