The study released a few days ago has shown that these low-carb diets are the most healthy to follow, and can lower your cholesterol more than other diets low in fat.

The other diets studied included things such as restricting calories and fat intake.

Instead of doing this though, it appears that the best way to lower cholesterol and lose weight may be to follow a low-carb diet.

Overall, the low-carb diet helped people lose more weight as well, and receive added health benefits over time.
