Republican presidential candidate John McCain had to go through a procedure on Monday to remove a small growth from his face, which was found to not be cancerous..Washington (ChattahBox) – Republican presidential candidate John McCain had to go through a procedure on Monday to remove a small growth from his face, which was found to not be cancerous.

Doctors have carried out a biopsy on the growth removed from the face of Sen. John McCain.

They stated that the biopsy did not show any signs or clues making them believe it is skin cancer.

The Republican presidential candidate has survived three fights with melanoma in the past, dating back to his days in the U.S. military.
