A new study has revealed that women who drink fruit juices each day face an increased risk of type 2 diabetes..Washington (ChattahBox) – A new study has revealed that women who drink fruit juices each day face an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

The study was known as the Black Women’s Health Study, and included 43,000 women in total who were tracked for a decade.

Researchers tracked the types of drinks they consumed over this time period, and then checked what had an impact on the development of type 2 diabetes.

They found that women who consumed 2 fruit juices each day faced a 31% increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

These fruit juices included things such as Kool-Aid, soda, and Snapple, but did not include orange juice, diet soft drinks, or grapefruit juice.
