Whole Foods announced the expanded recall this week, which now includes stores in the states of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, and Utah.

The recall impacts fresh ground beef products sold between June 2nd and August 6th, with stores offering full refunds.

Many illnesses have already been reported in several states in the U.S., with the recall going into Canada as well.

The recalled beef came from the Nebraska Beef Ltd, announced a recall of its own last week. They recalled 1.2 million pounds of beef due to it being tainted by E. coli.
