This surgery, which is has been released annually for over a decade, was carried out via telephone with 1,002 teens, and 312 parents this past spring.

The phone survey asked about the drug tendencies of kids, alcohol use, parents’ knowledge, etc.

The easiest products or drugs for teens to buy was found to be cigarettes, and marijuana.

They also found, which is quite alarming, that prescription drugs such as OxyContin, Percocet, Vicodin, and Ritalin were easier for teens to get than alcohol, or beer.

The most likely places for them to get the drugs would be in a medicine cabinet, or from a friend.

The overall use of drugs by teens is down, but this shows a growing problem in the U.S. as it is far too easy for teens to get their hands on these drugs.
