This, according to a new study, may not always be the case.

A new study carried out by German researchers, focused on 314 patients ages 18 to 69.

They were taken and divided up into four groups, based completely on their weight, sensitivity to insulin, etc.

Overall, they found that people who hwere overweight, or obese had more total body fat than those of normal weight, but that did not mean they faced heart risks.

The overweight or obese people who faced heart risks were only those who had insulin resistance.

This caused them to have more fat in their skeletal muscles and livers, and thker walls in the cartoid arteries.

The study has been published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine.
