The hospital death rates were all related to deaths from conditions such as pneumonia, heart attacks, etc.

The overall death rates for heart attacks currently stand at 16.1%, with heart failure at 11.1%, and pneumonia at 11.4%.

Out of the entire country, the lowest heart attack death rate was found at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
