This comes after a possible E. coli outbreak continues to spread in the state.

Reports confirmed that all of the cases came after people in Oklahoma ate at a restaurant in Locust Grove.

Oklahoma state health officials reported on Monday that there are over a dozen people in hospitals across the state being treated what is believed to be an E. coli outbreak.

A spokesman from the St. Francis Hospital confirmed on Monday that one patient has died, though his or her information has not been released to the public.

Hospitals across the state are currently caring for dozens who have fallen ill.

Officials to this point have not been able to link the illnesses to the E. coli bacteria.
