Actually, this is not a newly discovered therapy, it has been around for 40 years but is rarely offered to patients in the US these days. I wrote a book on this very subject (just published June 15) because I felt the therapy deserved to be more widely known and available. For those who might be interested, the book is called Beat Crohn’s! Getting to Remission with Enteral Nutrition (Solutions, 2009).
