I’m not sure the number of viewing hours is the best way to tell if someone has an addiction to internet porn. Men who only view for 1 hour a day (or even less) can still develop an unhealthy obsession, which runs for many more hours in their own minds.
Amen Jason. When the article says there are no visible negative effects of watching porn they are somewhat correct. Most of the damage is internal and the addicts can hide any manifestations when they pop up. Porn destroys how you relate to others, intimacy and many other ways..
