104 Medical Research Grants Awarded By Gates Foundation

Washington (ChattahBox) - The Gates Foundation has announced that they will give 104 medical research grants out.

Each grant is going to consist of $100,000, and will be given out by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to try and bring innovation to medical research.

The Gates Foundation made the announcement in Bangkok.

This is the first phase of a $100 million five-year project to bring innovation to the field of medical research.

15% of those receiving the grants come from developing countries.
