The Phoenix Mars Lander is dead according to NASA.

It is no longer able to communicate back to Earth as it has been out of commission since the start of November.

Its last experiment was on October 27th as it completed a soil sample.

The Phoenix Mars Lander had an amazing run though as it proved a  layer of ice was present on Mars, as well as a history of water, other minerals, etc.
