NFL Cornerback Pacman Jones Traded From Titans To Cowboys
April 27, 2008
Dallas (ChattahBox) – The NFL has decided to approve a trade between the Tennessee Titans and the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys will be sending draft picks to the Titans, in order to receive Adam “Pacman” Jones in return.
Adam “Pacman” Jones was suspended from the NFL last April for violation of personal conduct rules held by the National Football League.
Before Jones is able to play for the Cowboys or compete in any way shape or form, he must first be reinstated by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
Pacman Jones’ agent Manny Arora stated “I think for Adam’s sake its a very good first step.”
Dallas gave Tennessee a fourth-round pick in this year’s NFL draft as well as a sixth-round pick in next-year’s draft for Pacman.
The Cowboys will get back a fourth-round pick in 2009 if Pacman is not reinstated.
If he returns and has to be suspended once again by the NFL, they get a fifth-round pick back.
Pacman has been arrested six times in total.
