(ChattahBox) – Big Ben, is off the hook again. While Georgia District Attorney Fred Bright says questions still persist about what happened between Roethlisberger and a 20-year-old college inside a bathroom last month at a nightclub in the central Georgia college town of Milledgeville.
But DA Bright won’t charge the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback after the student said Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her, saying that evidence of a sexual assault has not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Roethlisberger also is being sued by a woman who claims he raped her in 2008 at a hotel and casino in Lake Tahoe, an allegation he strongly denies. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell plans to discuss his disappointment in Roethlisberger. ESPN reported on Monday that he intends to summon the Steelers QB to his office this week.
