Department Of Justice Probes Deal Between Google, Yahoo

Boston (ChattahBox) - The U.S. Department of Justice is currently working to carry out their antitrust investigation into the partnership between Google and Yahoo.
Yahoo and Google announced a deal back on June 12 which will have Yahoo using Google advertisements within their search query results.
The deal will last for four-years and will net Yahoo around $800 million in revenue each year.
The Washington Post reported that the Department of Justice opened up the probe on June 16, 4 days after the partnership was announced..
Google and Yahoo announced that they will not implement the deal until the DoJ approves it after a review.
