Microsoft will be building on the XNA initiative, by allowing gamers to create games for the Xbox 360 with a $99 a year subscription to the XNA Creators Club.

The games created by developers and gamers will allow them to receive up to 70% of the game’s total revenue that it brings in, and can be uploaded with the tools provided to Xbox Live.

The user-generated games will need to pass a peer-review system before they are offered for sale, and will be offered in the Community Games section.

Games can be sold for $2.50, $5, or $10, and games will launch this fall.
