San Francisco Network Hijacker Still In Jail, No Bail Reduction

The San Francisco network hijacker Terry Childs remains in jail as he a judge rejected his plea to have his bail reduced.San Francisco (ChattahBox) – The San Francisco network hijacker Terry Childs remains in jail as he a judge rejected his plea to have his bail reduced.

Terry Childs recently handed over the stolen network passwords to San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom at a private meeting in jail.

This was not enough for the judge though on the case, as his bail is still at $5 million.

The bail hearing was held at the San Francisco Superior Court on Wednesday morning, and ended with Judge Lucy McCabe ruling against a bail reduction.

Terry Childs, 43-years old, was originally arrested back on June 13.

He was charged with four felony counts of computer network tampering, as well as causing losses in excess of $200,000.
