According to the Apple status page, they are working on “restoring full e-mail access to the remaining 1% of MobileMe users is our first priority.”

“We turned on web access to their current e-mamil yesterday and the feedback has been cautiously positive.”

Apple has had problems as 1% of their MobileMe subscribers have been unable to get into their e-mail accounts, with many losing their e-mails sent to them over the past week since the outage.

Apple stated “We’ve retored full e-mail history (minus the 10% of mail received between 18-22 July which may have been lost) and the ability to access e-mail from Mac, PC, and iPhone, to over 40% of these users.”

The hope is that within the next few days, all will be restored.
