The FCC has been trying to figure out whether or not they should take action against Comcast for blocking and slowing P2P file-sharing traffic over their network.

According to the latest reports, three of the five FCC commissioners are in favor of ruling against Comcast.

The most vocal of the group to this point appears to be FCC Chairman Kevin Martin.

In order for the FCC to rule against Comcast, all five need to come to a unanimous decision.

The expectation is that the FCC will rule against Comcast, forcing the company to stop slowing and blocking P2P file-sharing traffic.
